Support us as we raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association.
Robby Chin (Certified Personal Trainer/Health and Wellness Coordinator at the Richard A. Henson Wellness Center at MAC, Inc. in Salisbury, MD) has been kind enough to donate his time to help us stay fit all summer long.
June 26 - 9 a.m.: Standing, Seated & Floor Mobility (Beginner)
Each exercise class will be offered via Zoom and the Zoom link will be emailed to you 24 hours before the class. To donate, please make your checks payable to the Alzheimer's Association and mail them to our office at Taylor White's attention - 225 High Street, Seaford, DE 19973. No donation is too small to attend these classes.
