Henson Wellness Center at MAC\, Inc. in Salisbury\, MD) has been kind enough to donate his time to help us stay fit all summer long.\n\n\n\nJune 26 - 9 a.m.: Standing\, Seated & Floor Mobility (Beginner)\n\n\n\nEach exercise class will be offered via Zoom and the Zoom link will be emailed to you 24 hours before the class.  To donate\, please make your checks payable to the Alzheimer's Association and mail them to our office at Taylor White's attention - 225 High Street\, Seaford\, DE 19973.
