Office Assistant
- Greet guests and owners and answer general questions, refer when necessary
- Keeps office supplies and guest related items stocked
- Answer phones and general questions, refer when necessary
- Make weekly rental packets and other rental related items
- Basic bookkeeping of rental transactions—experience with Excel a must
- Maintains office files. Opens, sorts, and distributes mail. Notify guests and owners of packages.
- Keep common areas refreshed and or updated including bulletin boards
