Who you are:  Dynamic, driven and highly fluent in understanding and "reading" a variety of customers both in person and over the phone.  You have a high degree of empathy, along with emotional intelligence, experienced and adept at managing a front of house business that is high touch and delivers excellence at every step of the client journey.  A true team player who leans in and embraces new challenges, while supporting their teammates.  Prior business reception experience is required, along with strong communication and computer skills
