The Town of South Bethany, Delaware is in search of a full-time Public Works employee. The successful candidate will perform tasks primarily related to maintaining and inspecting the Town’s stormwater infrastructure as well as tasks and projects related to the general maintenance of the beach and Town.

Experience with stormwater infrastructure and municipal maintenance. Must be able to perform physical labor and heavy lifting of at least 50 pounds. This position may require working in extreme weather conditions, working some weekends (particularly Memorial Day through Labor Day), as well as working evenings and weekends for emergencies. Municipal experience preferred, experience with stormwater required. 40-hour work week, salary DOQ, plus excellent Town benefit package.
