Construction Crew Leader
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 -$25.00

Experience: At least 3-5 years of solid construction experience, ability to operate machinery
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) - DOT Physical (Preferred)

URGENTLY HIRING - Construction Crew Leader
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to lead a construction crew according to company and industry standards
· Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Enjoy working in a team environment while helping others
· Portray a neat and professional appearance
· Have a flexible schedule and weekend (Saturday) availability
· Be able to lift at least 75 pounds
· Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record in the last 5 years
· Be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test
· Pass DOT Physical
· Able to use basic scheduling software on a cell phone app
· Construction knowledge required
· No fear of heights and a valid driver’s license is required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assigning tasks to crew members based on their skills and project needs.
· Supervising and monitoring crew performance to ensure quality standards are met.
· Addressing performance issues and providing feedback to team members.
· Fostering a positive team dynamic and resolving conflicts within the crew.
· Coordinating daily work schedules and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
· Ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
· Monitoring progress on projects and identifying potential problems
· Adjusting work plans as needed to overcome challenges
· Enforcing safety protocols and procedures on the job site
· Identifying and addressing safety hazards
· Maintain truck and tools
· Provide top-notch customer service on construction projects
· Safely drive trucks following the laws of the road
· Complete daily construction work checklists to comply with DOT standards
· Complete daily construction work opening and closing checklists
· Providing on-the-job training to new crew members
· Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their skills
· Identifying opportunities for crew member development
· Communicating project updates and expectations to the crew
· Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and other departments
· Completing necessary paperwork and reports regarding project status and crew performance
· Tracking supplies and ordering materials as needed
· Addressing client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Driving and maintaining company vehicles
