Seasonal Administrative Assistant – Vacation Rentals

Season: Summer Season (May-August)
Schedule:  Part-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, Administrative Assistant to keep 1st Choice Properties vacation rental operations running smoothly during our busy season. This is a seasonal position and a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, good organizational skills and being part of a fast-paced, fun environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering phones, responding to emails and guest text messages in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting guests with their reservations, questions, and general information
  • Helping prepare rental paperwork, confirmations, and check-in/check-out details
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with professional communication with guests and team members
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, documents)
  • Ability to multitask during busy periods
  • Customer-service experience is a plus (hospitality experience is a big plus but not required)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
