Client Service Representative
Job Summary
The Client Service representative (front desk) is responsible for welcoming all Factory Sports guests and providing an inviting, fun, and healthy experience for all facility members and guests. This position requires paramount customer service skills in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in person in a professional manner.
- Manage customer accounts in person including taking payments and registration of clients.
- Seeks guest feedback and makes recommendations to improve client and visitor experience.
- Promotes Factory Sports programming and to provide relatable information to all clients.
- Willingness to listen to client needs and inquires in person and over the phone to determine proper actions.
- The ability to remain calm during all interactions involving urgent or stressful matters.
- Provide insight to improve process and procedures of all related tasks within the facility.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older,
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
