Teen Yoga for Stress Relief at South Coastal Library
Stressed out from endless homework, social pressure and life in general? Ages 11 - 17 are invited to South Coastal Library to de-stress with a free 1-hour yoga class led by Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor.
In this class, you will move and stretch your bodies to help decrease stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and increase strength, flexibility, and confidence. Together, you will learn invaluable tools and techniques that can help throughout your entire lives. And this is the perfect age to start!
No previous experience required.
Wear something comfortable, and please bring a yoga mat or towel.
