Habitat for Humanity proudly celebrates 25 years of service bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope in Sussex County. Friends of Habitat are invited to the kickoff celebration on Saturday, March 12th from 6 - 10 pm at the Cheer Community Center on Sand Hill Road in Georgetown. Festivities will include dinner, live music, silent and live auctions, and a fun 50/50. Cocktail or business casual attire is appropriate. Please no jeans and no black tie. The evening is a celebration of and for the entire Habitat family including many Habitat homeowners, partner families, sponsors, donors, community partners, staff members and volunteers. All proceeds from the event will support Habitat's affordable home repair, new construction, and family services programs.
