About the Presenter:

Bob Thomas had a 45-year career in college and university administration and non-profit leadership. From 1996-2006 he served as Vice President for Student Affairs at Millersville University and from 2006 – 2018 he served as President of Tabor Community Services, a Lancaster County social service provider
