Lunch Break Core Yoga
Looking to squeeze in some fitness and yoga during your day? Then try the FREE Lunch Break Core Yoga Class at the South Coastal Library with Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor. This 40 minute all levels yoga class focuses on strengthening the abdomen and lower back while stretching away tension and stress. This may also help improve energy levels and fight that afternoon or midday fatigue! As a class, you will be moving through various positioning (i.e. lying on your back and abdomen, seated, hands and knees, and standing.) In order to ensure all participants' safety, you should be able to move and reposition independently.
Bring a mat or towel, water bottle, blocks if you have them, and yourself.
Ages 18+.
Registration is encouraged; however, walk-ins accepted as space allows on a first come, first serve basis.
