The Bethany Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to honor the outstanding police officers, paramedics, EMT's and firefighters who help keep our local communities safe all year long. This special event recognizes their service and dedication to our community.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and the event starts at noon.
The event is free to the Chiefs and Awardees & $25 for guests of the awardees and dignitaries.

First Course
Roasted Pear Mixed Green Salad
Wild mixed greens topped with roasted pear and candied walnuts, tossed in a house made pear Cinzano dressing, garnished with blue cheese and herb crostini.  

Second Course
Mushroom Ravioli Primavera Alla Bianca
Pasta Pillow pilled with mixed mushrooms, seasoned ricotta, shredded mozzarella and pecorino Romano, tossed roasted mixed vegetables in a fresh sage cream sauce.

Basil Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast stuffed with Prosciutto de Parma, roasted red pepper, baby spinach and provolone cheese , over sweet potato hash and sauteed roasted garlic mixed Julienne vegetables.

Balsamic Glaze Pan Seared Salmon
Served over warm mixed vegetable couscous and sauteed crispy bacon brussel spouts. Finished with a balsamic glaze sauce.

Grilled Expresso Rub Sirloin Steak
Topped with caramelized onion and sauteed mushroom. served over parmesan cauliflower mashed pototoes and sauteed asparagus. Finished with a demi reduction sauce.

Third Course
Pound cake with mixed berries compote and topped with vanilla ice cream.
