Green Screen Film Night: Salted Earth by DE Center for the Inland Bays

The Center presents dinner & a movie! Dinner provided by Signatures at Bayside followed by a screening of “Salted Earth”, a documentary about climate threats. The film will be followed by a panel discussion with Center staff and several folks who worked on the film.  

Panelists: 

• Stephanie Stotts, PhD. Associate Professor, Forest Ecology, University of Maryland Eastern Shore
• Jon Cox, MFA. Associate Professor, Department of Art, University of Delaware
• Dannielle Pratt. PhD Candidate, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Delaware

Buffet dinner will feature: 

• Roasted Pork Loin with Whole Grain Mustard Cream Sauce
• Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
• Roasted Brussels with Gochujang Brown Butter
• Smashed Garlic Roasted Potatoes
• Dessert: Apple Strudel with Salted Caramel Sauce

Ticketed event: $50/per ticket.
