Gentle Beginners Tai Chi with Ocean Vayu Yoga
Come to the Chamber deck for gentle beginners Tai Chi weekly on Thursdays through the summer!
Starting on Thursday, June 19th, Ocean Vayu Yoga will offer 1-hour gentle beginners Tai Chi sessions for $15 per attendee. Cash or Venmo will be accepted onsite.
Tai Chi students should wear soft soled comfortable shoes, like tennis shoes. No other props needed.
No registration required, just show up on the deck ready for a great workout with the dune and ocean as the backdrop!
