Beginning Tai Chi and Qigong for Health at South Coastal Library
Join South Coastal Library for a free beginners Tai Chi and Qigong series with Ellen Provost, Certified Trainer with the International Tai Chi for Health Institute and the Delaware Silver Lotus Training Institute. You will meet twice a week, on a Monday and Friday (see dates below). Tai-Chi is a mind-body exercise consisting of fluid, slow, gentle movements. All skill levels are welcome and can be completed standing or seated. Ages 18+.
Please wear comfortable, loose comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes suitable for exercise to the class. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver by the instructor.
Participants MUST be able to attend all 6 sessions as they build off one another. Registration is required, and you only need to register once for the entire series. You may register in-person, over the phone, or online below.
