The South Coastal Library in Bethany Beach will host a fun and informative talk on beach debris Thursday, April 3rd. Explore a variety of objects that have washed up at Delaware Seashore State Park, from whelk to warheads! Interpretive Programs Manager, Tyler Dreiblatt, will share some common and not-so-common beach finds and how you should handle them.
Registration is appreciated but walk-in's are always welcome.
This program is designed to promote interest, exploration, and education in science related fields which can supplement science-based collections, library guides, and other library services. Science is key for broader understanding of the world around us, and the study of science encourages analytical thinking, conservation, development of technology skills and mathematics.
