2024 Ocean to Bay Bike Tour - Volunteer Registration
Calling all volunteers!
Over 2,000 cyclists of all levels will be participating in the Ocean to Bay Bike Tour through Sussex County's beautiful beaches, bays, and beyond April 26-27! This award-winning event, presented by the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce, offers cyclists a 10-,30-, 50-, metric century, and century ride on flat terrain.
This event could not be successful without the assistance and care of an incredible team of volunteers. We need your help! Please see below for a comprehensive list of all volunteer opportunities.

Volunteer Tasks
Packet Assembly:
Help assemble informational packets and swag bag items for all cyclists.

Rest Stop Supply Packing:
Help load U-Haul trucks with rest stop supplies.

Assist with setting up the packet pick-up tent and station. Help organize/pull team registrations.

Registration Instructions
- Select the green "Register Now" button at the top of the event page
- Select "Click here to continue your registration" under the "Not a member" section on the right hand side of the screen
- Enter your name and contact information in appropriate fields.
- Select a time slot under the volunteer assignment you would like to do. Note* if you are interested in volunteering for more than one time slot, you will need to fill out a registration for each time slot.
- You will receive a confirmation email that confirms your volunteer registration and includes a list of all volunteer captains. You will receive communication of more details for your assignment closer to the date you will be helping
