• Online Registration closes at noon

FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 2024

• 1-4pm: Packet pick up and on-site registration at Mango’s Bethany Beach (NO GUARANTEE OF EVENT T-SHIRT)

SATURDAY, MARCH 30, 2024

• 8-8:30 am: Packet pick up 
• 8:55 am: Mandatory Pre-Race meeting at the starting line
• 9:00am: 5K start
• 9:10am: 1m start
• 9:00 am-11:00 am: Post-race party at Mango’s (Garfield Pkwy & Bethany Boardwalk)

• 1st place overall male
• 1st place overall female
• 1st Master male & female (Masters are 40-49)
• 1st Grand Master male & female (Grand Masters are 50-59)
• 1st Senior Grand male & female (Senior Grand Masters are 60+)
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd place age group male
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd place age group female
