SUMMARY:Town of Fenwick Island - Lifeguard Stand Advertising
DESCRIPTION:The Town of Fenwick Island is offering local business owners the opportunity to advertise on lifeguard stands for the 2018 summer season.  The program is an innovative approach to supporting the Fenwick Island Beach Patrol and promoting area businesses.  Sponsors have the opportunity to purchase unlimited advertising on a maximum of twelve  (12) stands from the Saturday before Memorial Day to the Sunday after Labor Day.  The stands will be on the beach from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.\n\n\n\nSponsorship Rates\n\nEach lifeguard stand will have three (3) advertising locations for purchase.  The cost of the sign is incorporated into the seasonal advertising rate.  All signs will be manufactured using   komatex (PVC) with a white background.\n\n\n\nSponsorship applications will be accepted on a "first come\, first serve" basis.  Payment options include credit/debit cards and checks.  Please make checks payable to the Town of Fenwick Island.  Sponsors may reserve street locations for $150 with the remaining balance due before May 25th.\n $800 for a 40" (w) x 14" (h) sign on the back of each stand.\n\n $500 for a 20" (w) x 14" (h) sign on the side of each stand.\n\n\nAdvertising Information\n\n1.Copy should be submitted in PDF format by April 2\, 2018.  Typically\, business name\, phone number\, logo\, tagline and website address.  Submit copy with application.\n\n2.Town management will replace sponsored sign one (1) time\, if damaged.\n\n3.Council shall review and approve sign rates within the adopted fiscal year budget.\n\n4.To advertise\, a business must be an allowable use in accordance with Town Code.\n\n5.Business name\, phone number\, logo\, tagline and website address is requested.\n\n6.Sponsor information is subject to review and approval by the Town Manager.\n\n7.Please call 302-539-3011\, ext. 1 for questions\, or email townclerk@fenwickisland.org.
