DESCRIPTION:Paddle Second Chance (PSC) is a Paddle Board (SUP and Kayak) Race and fundraiser for a worthy cause called Operation Second Chance. OSC is a 501(c)(3)\, non-profit group committed to serving our wounded war veterans and their families' recovery and transition back to active duty or civilian life. They truly do amazing work and 90% of the funds raised go directly to wounded veterans and their families. This year's event will kick off on Friday June 23 with registration\, packet pickup and a PSC Happy Hour at The Starboard in Dewey Beach. Race day will be Saturday June 24 at Holts Landing State Park in Millville\, Delaware featuring our Elite 5.0\, Open 2.5 mile and 1.0 Sprint race. The day will wrap up with an awards ceremony and community picnic for all those in attendance Your support for the 2014 SUP Magazine Philanthropic Event of the Year\, largest SUP-Kayak Race in the Delmarva region and a cause that truly impacts wounded heroes lives would be greatly appreciated.
