This program will discuss the topic of natural hazards\, including storms and flooding\, and how businesses can take steps now to build their resiliency and minimize business disruption. The talk will cover current and future projections of risk in southern Delaware\, potential economic impacts\, and strategies for mitigating risk and fostering disaster recovery and business continuity. Sea Grant is a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and University of Delaware program that uses science to support a sustainable economy and environment. Danielle Swallow\, Coastal Hazards Specialist\, and Ed Lewandowski\, Coastal Communities Development Specialist have decades of experience providing technical assistance and outreach to communities\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a Lunch & Learn on Thursday October 17\, 2019 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm to gain insight into this important issue facing us all.
