Both plans revolve around where the employee works\, not where they live so you'll need to sign up for the webinar where your business is located. \n\n\n\nIf you're a Maryland business that does ancillary work in Delaware you'll be following the Maryland plan. If you are a Delaware business that does ancillary work in Maryland you'll be following the Delaware plan.
