SUMMARY:Coastal Kayak's 16th Annual Paddle for a Cure
DESCRIPTION:Join Coastal Kayak's 16th Annual Paddle for a Cure\, benefitting Delaware's Cancer Support Community.  The Cancer Support Community is a state-wide organization\, with a separate office in Sussex County\, whose mission is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge\, strengthened by action and sustained by community. \n\n\n\nThis year's fundraiser is a one-way paddle on the upper portion of Broad Creek\, near Laurel. Participants will meet the shuttle at 3 pm and can plan on getting off the water around 5:30 or 6pm.  The route will pass by the historic shipbuilding town of Bethel and continue up into the serene waters of Broad Creek.\n\n\n\nPre-registration is required\, since the paddle is one-way and space is limited.  Donations to the Delaware Cancer Support Community will be accepted in lieu of registration fees.
