DESCRIPTION:Please join us on our annual Bethany Beach Breast Cancer 5K Run/3K Walk on Saturday\, May 11\, 2019 (Rain or Shine).  This year's theme is: NEW YORK\, NEW YORK: Take a bite out of cancer!\n\n\n\nThis is an untimed event. We are a grass roots\, low tech\, low key\, no frills organization we are about the cause\, not the swag! So dress in your favorite  New York costume or style...dress as a Yankee or Met\, Giant or Jet\, Ranger or Knick...or as the Statue of Liberty\, a member of the NYPD or NYFD\, a cabbie or a Rockette...Frank Sinatra\, a hot dog or piece of pizza.\n\n \n\nBring your friends and family and enjoy a wonderful event in beautiful Bethany Beach.  You can even bring your 4-legged leashed friends.  The more the merrier. There will be prizes for the most spirited costumes in the following categories: Team\, Individual\, Stroller\, Wheelchair and Dog (must be on a leash).\n\n\n\nProceeds of this event go towards Beebe Tunnel Cancer Center.  This event is sponsored by Bethany Area Realty. \n\n\n\nPre-Registration for the event is available online until May 5th and costs $25 for adults and $15 for children 10 and under. FREE t-shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registrants (prior to April 19).
