Additional overflow parking will be available at St. Ann'\;s Parish located at 691 Garfield Parkway\, Bethany Beach from 10AM-2PM only. \;Jolly Trolley\, sponsored by Renewal by Andersen\, will be providing shuttle service between St. Ann'\;s and the shuttle stop \;on the 200th block of Garfield Parkway (by the playground) in downtown Bethany Beach from 10AM-2PM.

\nInclement Weather
\nIn the event that inclement weather is forecasted that poses a threat to public safety\, the festival has a rain date scheduled for Sunday\, September 10\, 2023. All announcements regarding the show date will be made on this website.

\nRain Date / Cancellation Policy
\nThe Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce will notify all artists no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday\, September 8. Artists will be notified via email. The Chamber will post all announcements regarding the Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival homepage \;and on social media. Artists who cannot attend the rain date will not be issued refunds.
\nIf the Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival is postponed to the rain date of Sunday\, September 11th:
If the event is cancelled completely by the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce for any reason all participating artists will be issued a 100% refund of their booth fee or the option to defer their booth payment to the 2023 show. Artists will not be reimbursed for any other incurred expenses (e.g. accommodations\, travel expenses\, tent rentals\, advertising\, etc.

\nArtist Information:
\nAccepted Artists\, purchase your advertisement in the Arts Festival Program. Complete this form and submit to Matt\, communications@thequietresorts.com by Friday\, July 14.

\nCertificate of Insurance:
\nAll artists must have a certificate of insurance with them on the date of the event. Please add Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce as "\;additionally insured"\; on your certificate of insurance for the date of the event.
