DESCRIPTION:RING IN 2024 in the QUIET RESORTS with a RUN & PLUNGE!\n\nThe Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation proudly presents the Hair of the Dog 5 K Run/1 Mile Walk and the Leo Brady Plunge!\n\n\n\nREGISTER ONLINE: CLICK HERE\n\n\n\nON-SITE REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK UP\n\nSunday\, December 31st\n\nMango's on Garfield in Bethany Beach.\n\n1 p.m. - 4 p.m. for race day packet pick-up\n\n\n\nMonday\, January 1st\n\nBethany Beach Bandstand Plaza\n\n8:30 a.m.  - 9:30 a.m.  Packet Pick Up \n\n9:55 a.m. Pre-Race meeting at the starting line\n\n10:00 a.m. National Anthem 5k Race Starts\n\n10:05 a.m. 1 Mile Walk Starts\n\n10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Onsite registration for the plunge\n\n11:00 a.m. 5k Awards\n\n12 NOON- Plunge\n\n\n\nEvent Highlights:\nAll pre-registered (by December 23\, 2023) registrants will receive a commemorative long sleeve t-shirt with a cool refreshed design in their desired size (unisex Tech Tee Shirts).\n\n\n\nOnline registration for these events closes Friday\, December 29\, 2023\, at 5 PM.  Packet pick up will be on Saturday\, December 31\, 2023\, from 1   4 PM at Mango's in Bethany Beach. There will be onsite registration on Sunday\, however\, event shirts are not guaranteed unless you register by December 23rd.
